Here is all you need to get started:

1. Book your first session

   Select a date for your first session ONLY using the scheduler on this page. I will then book you in for the subsequent sessions at the same time. If you don’t find a suitable time in the schedule, please email me: I might be able to find a time outside of my regular working hours.

2. Accept the coaching agreement

   Before finalizing your booking, you will be prompted to accept the terms and conditions of our coaching agreement. The link above is just in case you want to read the coaching agreement before proceeding with your payment.

3. Make a payment before the first session

   If you are a self-paying client, you can pay for your first 4-session package here. An invoice will be sent to you shortly after your payment.

   For corporate and AtW clients, please get in touch with me for an invoice and the appropriate payment method.

4. Complete the Client Intake Form

   Please complete this form and send it to dr.locatelli.adhdcoach@gmail.com before our first session. It’s the first opportunity to reflect and clarify your coaching goals and it will help me understand how to help you. Please take your time to think carefully about the various questions. If you really don’t have time to do it, or if writing is really not your thing, don’t worry: we can go through it during our first session, but it just eats into the precious time we have together.

5. Complete the VIA Character Strengths Survey

   A lot of the work we do focuses on strengths, so it would be very useful if you could fill in the VIA Character Strengths available here. Make sure to have the results on hand during our first session (or, if you prefer, send them to me prior to it).

6. Connect with me

   You will receive an email containing the URL for our meetings. Please click on it at the scheduled time.

   If you have any problems, doubts, or questions, please email me and we will sort it out! Otherwise, I’m looking forward to seeing you!
