1:1 Coaching
Understand your unique brain, learn to work with it and build your personal toolkit that will empower you to realize your full potential
What is ADHD Coaching?
Coaching is a structured partnership focused on helping you clarify and achieve your goals, build skills, and improve how you move through daily life.
It's future-focused, practical, and designed to create real change.
It provides a compassionate and non-judgmental space to think out loud and explore what you really need and want and how you get there. It helps you understand why certain things feel hard, uncover patterns you might not see on your own, build momentum through regular accountability.

My Approach: Transformational,
Not Transactional
I will help you transform your relationship with your ADHD and learn to understand, accept, and embrace how your brain works. Together, we move from focusing on what you struggle with—and trying to "soldier through"—to finding creative solutions based on your strengths, so that you can live the happy, satisfying, and meaningful life you deserve.
*
How?
We identify and harness your unique strengths
Your talents, strengths and values are already there—together we’ll learn to recognise them and harness them purposefully
We create strategies tailored to you
Generic advice doesn't work—your stories, your past successes, your resources do, what ignites your brain do.
We identify the beliefs, stories, and patterns that keep you stuck
so that you can regain a sense of ownership and agency on your own story

What Coaching is not
Coaching is not therapy or counselling – and it doesn’t offer medical advice or diagnosis.
Ethical coaches know the difference and refer to appropriate services when someone needs support that falls beyond their scope of practice.

What does the research say?
Research on ADHD coaching is growing, and the findings are encouraging. A comprehensive review of 22 studies found that 17 out of 19 outcome studies showed improvements in executive functioning and ADHD symptoms (Ahmann et al., 2017).
A study on a 8-week coaching program for college students, held across different semesters and with a variety of coaches, showed significant improvement in all 10 areas of study and learning strategies, on self-esteem, and on measures of symptom distress and satisfaction with school and work (Prevatt & Yelland, 2015).
Research on adults with ADHD found coaching had a positive impact across multiple dimensions, including cognition, distractibility, inattention, and social and behavioural outcomes —with gains maintained over time (Kubik, 2010).
A pilot study on coaching as a complementary treatment found that clinical improvements were observed in 79.6% of participants, with improvements remaining stable at 6-month follow-up (García Ron et al., 2016).
More recent research on cognitive-behavioural coaching for adolescents with ADHD found 73–76% improvement in managing academic tasks and achievements (Mor & Moreno, 2025).
