Empowering ADHD Student: Strategie for Academic Success

Open to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students who:
have an ADHD diagnosis
self-identify as ADHDer
are otherwise neurodivergent
struggle with executive function skills such as attention, planning, awareness of time,
working memory and emotional regulation.
Before coming to the workshop, please take the character strength survey here and bring your results to the workshop. We will use them to kick off our discussion!
