Neuroinclusive Consulting for Universities and Organizations

I partner with universities, research institutes, and organisations to create more neuroinclusive learning and working environments for students and staff.

I bring a decade of experience working within academia, an active research programme in the philosophy of neurodiversity, professional training as an ADHD coach, and lived experience navigating academic and professional environments with a neurodivergent brain. That combination means my services are evidence-informed, practically grounded, and shaped by a real understanding of both what neurodivergent talents need and how universities and research institutions actually function.

If you are planning an event, training cycle, or support offer for neurodivergent people or their allies, these services can be combined and tailored to your organisation’s needs.

  • Neurodiversity Training

Training to increase awareness about neurodiversity, implement inclusive practices, learn tools to support neurodivergent students, and empower neurodivergent academic staff.

  • Support for University Staff

Workshops and coaching programs that equip neurodivergent students with practical strategies to navigate academic life, and thrive in it.

  • Support for University Students

The academics most capable of ground-breaking work are often those most easily crushed by the weight of academic demands. This group coaching programme helps them rebuild a sustainable writing practice and reconnect with their research, so they produce their best work instead of burning out or leaving.

[Move?]Feedback from Students who attended the Workshop “Empowering ADHD Students”

  • "The workshop largely exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed everything! learnt a great deal about myself and how to empower myself more. I think the workshop would be super helpful for both ADHD and neurotypical people.

  • "This course covered everything I was expecting, and more. I would definitely recommend this workshop to any student with ADHD, and I would love to attend a similar event- it has really helped me make sense of the way I work!"

  • "The interactive group setting was great because it helped me interact with others having similar experiences and it was pleasant to be able to talk about our personal experiences and relate to each other, and give each other our own personal advice to add to Roberta's advice. It was also nice to be able to have discussions around ADHD in a destigmatised place and get advice from someone who actually understood ADHD, which made the advice really helpful and valid"

  • "I would absolutely recommend the workshop to others. I felt understood, and that my issues were important. I also saw that what is perceived as a weakness can be also a huge advantage if we choose to see it that way. The exercises on the workbook are an incredible tool to actually organize my thoughts and apply what I have learned. he biggest take way was the validation of my emotions and experiences. Meeting people with my same struggles and putting a name to them, it was really reassuring, i felt understood. And I realize I do not have to feel guilty by choosing what my brain needs, in order to achieve a goal, because if I do it with passion, engagement and interest, in the long run, I´ll also make an impact in the world.

  • "The workshop was exactly what I was hoping for. The biggest insight I'm walking away with is that if something works for you, but is not considered the 'normal' route to do something, that's fine — it's not cheating. And it's also fine if it stops working for you and you have to find a new approach."

  • "The workshop largely exceeded my expectations. The most valuable part was really the overall approach of reframing ADHD and taking a positive angle. The facilitator was very effective. I'm walking away taking a positive viewpoint to ADHD and the tasks and projects I do. It was really helpful both for practical tips and strategies and also for looking at ADHD in a different way"
